AED - Adult
Course Name: AED - Adult
Length: 1.5 hours
Pre-requisites: American Red Cross or equivalent CPR - Adult certificate issued within the last 12 months.
Description: This 1.5 hour course familiarizes students with the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) for victims of cardiac arrest. Students will practice Adult CPR skills and learn when defibrillation is appropriate and how to operate the device safely.
Refund Policy: Refunds are allowed if you contact Red Cross office by calling 606-473-9594 at least 24 hours before the start time of the course. All refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee. "No shows" are not eligible for refund.
Certification: Upon successful completion, students will receive an AED - Adult certification valid for one (1) year.
