• Review your forecasted budget: Have a thorough review of the forecasted budget for the year with your team of accountants, sales people & others. Update your budget according to the inputs provided by them.
• Reduce expenses: As in home, reduce frivolous expenses in your business as well – be they administrative expenses or your day to day business expenses.
• Check credit accounts: Keep an eye on your credit accounts. Make sure customers are paying their dues in time. If they are failing to pay their dues then ask them pay their dues ASAP.
• Schedule regular budget meetings: Schedule regular budget meetings to keep check on the expenses & also to update your budget from time to time.
